We grow hydroponically in purpose-built greenhouses working in harmony with the environment to optimize growth and keeping out unwanted elements such as pests, diseases, cross contamination and adverse weather conditions. Our water comes from two deep Andean wells which is cleaned through a reverse osmosis system to make it completely clean before adding nutrients.
